This is a recoloration of the Graduate wallpaper. It was done to go along with
Treetog's most excellent CopperDeck II theme.

Graduate
|
Here's a wallpaper that I made for the Graduate skin suite. It's sort of a combination
of the old Graduate wallpaper (translucent red blocks), and the graphican wallpaper (3-D
beveled blocks).
I probably spent about two minutes on the modeling side of things, which
is fairly evident! The blocks themselves are very simple, which is actually the way I wanted
them to be. My goal was to make the piece interesting by spending the majority of my time on
the texture for the blocks, as well as a subtle enhancement of the scene courtesy of the floor
and 'walls'. I say 'walls', because there really aren't any in the scene - that's all done
with Photoshop post render.
The texture for the blocks is actually a mixture of about three
different ones - a couple metallic textures with varying reflectivity and a glass-like texture.
The result is sort of a translucent metallic material that I'm pretty happy with. I think that
the block on the left in the back row is the most interesting.

This is a background for one of my WinStep themes. Kind of simple, but I like the pattern.

Guitar Bridge Part

|
This is a close up of one of the string clamps on the guitar's bridge. It's rendered with a lucite-like
material which gives it a really neat effect.

A rendering of my Ibanez guitar. I never finished it, but the part that you see here is done pretty well.

A rendering of my Tissot watch. This looks great at high resolution.

A reflection experiment. It's supposed to be a scoop on a kitchen counter.

Notice the shadows - sort of like tic-tac-toe.

Just a simple pot to demonstrate a contrived (non-bitmap) wooden texture.
