Sonique Skins

Silvo
For my third skin, I wanted to try something in the 'metallic' genre. Since I only used Photoshop, I relied heavily on gradients and the Lighting Effects filter. I really like the way the play buttons look during the animation. The mid mode's vis window isn't suited well to all of the vis's though - some don't like the geometry.

Palmette
This was my second skin. I liked the idea of a smaller mid mode, but one that still carried all the functionality of some of the larger skins. So, I was real inventive and resized the nav mode. Not the fanciest skin, but again very functional (notice a pattern here?).

CMX-5000
This was my first skin, so nothing's very fancy. In fact, I ended up changing some things due to what I thought were limitations in Sonique's skinning parameters. I later found out that the limitations were only due to my lack of understanding what I was really able to do. Overall, I like it as it's pretty functional. The mid mode looks pretty good with some of the vis's that are out there. The volume animation is neat as the slider controls the LED readout.
